The NYPD killed an innocent pedestrian, Ryo Oyamada only four and an half months ago. We had written to Mayor Bloomberg asking in his favor to train the police officers not to repeat the tragedy. This should not have happened again if they were aware of what their colleague had done, especially with in such a short period. This time, the victim was crossing the street when the light was green. How could the police van drive fast enough to kill him almost instantly when they are turning at the intersection? Why didn’t they learn any lesson which cost Ryo’s precious life? Why?
R.I.P Mr. Felix Coss. We hope no one will be killed by the NYPD after you.
